Idag har vi mottagit trailer för det nya spelet Syndicate som har sin release om bara ett par dagar. Ett spel som vi verkligen ser fram emot att testa. Spelet har sina rötter långt tillbaka, i slutet på 80-talet och början på 90-talet då Amigan var speldatorn för alla. Det är verkligen länge sedan vi spelade originalet och denna version kommer med en helt ny känsla. Kan det stå upp och bli godkänt bland fansen mot den gamla Amiga versionen? Jag hoppas det, vi får se.

City Network, som hanterar vår molntjänst, är inte helt inlåsta i sina lokaler med en massa datorknappande och joltcola. Inte alls, de är sportgalningar också, vilket tydligt visas i det engagemang de har inom fotboll.

Idag har vi lagt upp den andra delen av vår bygglogg av r/c bilen Tamiya M05-RA. Vi är nu ännu ett steg närmre att få bilen klar och snart kommer vi också kunna färdigställa den och få köra lite race med den. Det ska bli intressant och se hur den presterar, speciellt i vinterkylan!
Idag kan vi presentera vår nya satsning på SweMOD för 2012, en Hur-Gör-Man serie där vi kommer testa all sorts olika verktyg från mekaniska verktyg, till digitala och elektroniska verktyg. Vår första artikelserie handlar om en CNC fräsmaskin från Zen Toolworks som vi ska bygga ihop och testa.
Idag kan vi stolt presentera ett av våra nya projekt för 2012, en videoserie för radiostyrt, trots det faktum att vi faktiskt inte har någon R/C avdelning än. Vi jobbar för närvarande hårt med att färdigställa den nya avdelningen, men för det vill vi ju givetvis inte lämna er i mörkret och ger er istället den första delen i videoserien där vi bygger en Tamiya M05-RA med en Renault 5 Turbo kaross. Kittet presenteras i samarbete med Eber Toys AB.
En bild säger mer än 1000 ord, men vi behöver inte ens så många eftersom det är långt mycket enklare än så. Vi flyttar, inte fysiskt, men vår sajt. Från den webhost vi använder idag har vi fått möjligheten att flytta över till CityNetwork och deras tjänst CityCloud, vilket betyder att vi officiellt flyger upp bland molnen.

Cooler Master har idag annonserat deras första gaming headset under varumärket CM Storm, nämligen Sirus 5.1 Surround. Det ska kunna producera ett djupt 5.1 surround ljud med totalt 8 högtalare, fyra på vardera sida. Enligt Cooler Master är detta bara början på en hel rad nya audio produkter som kommer inom en snar framtid.

The UD3 represents Gigabyte's entry level model on the X79 platform but if processor price didn't already tip you off, LGA 2011 is an all-around expensive platform. For example, pricing on this entry-level board starts around $250 - more along the lines of what you'd expect to pay for a premium P67 board.

Over the past few months, it's become increasingly clear that OCZ has shifted its focus more towards its core products, and as a result, the company will no longer invest in things like cooling products, peripherals and so forth. Today for review I’ve got another one from Cirago called the CiragoTV Pro CTP1000. It’s a media player with HDMI, Component and Composite outputs so you can use it with any TV and it includes a 500gig hard drive for you storage. The CTP1000 also has a memory card reader and a USB port so you can read directly from memory cards, USB flash drives or USB hard drives so you can expand the storage or quickly view things without transferring them to the main hard drive. One thing about this product though is that it’s UBS only for transfers, there’s no networking with this unit, is that a good thing or a bad thing? Read on..
